RSAT for Windows 8

Microsoft Remote Server Administration Tools for Windows 8 will allow you to easily manage your infrastructure from a domain-joined Windows 8 computer. RSAT for Windows 8 now includes the Server Manager interface from Server 2012 that you may be familiar with. Add all of your servers to the interface and manage all of their services from there.

Sysinternals Suite

The Sysinternals Suite, developed by Mark Russinovich, includes tools like psservice, psexec, and Process Explorer. These utilities will help you to quickly diagnose issues, run commands remotely, and easily manage machines.

RDC Man.

RDCMan manages multiple remote desktop connections. It is useful for managing server labs or large server farms where you need regular access to each machine such as automated checkin systems and data centers. It is similar to the built-in MMC Remote Desktops snap-in, but more flexible.

Terminals

Terminals, an opensource CodePlex project, is a secure, multi tab terminal services/remote desktop client. It will not only allow you to setup easy access to all of your remote desktop connections like RDC Man, but also provides Telnet, HTTP, HTTPS, as well as a host of networking tools such as Ping, TraceRoute, Whois, DNS Lookup and the like.

CPAU

CPAU is a command line tool for starting process in alternate security context. As opposed to the RunAs command that is built-in to the Windows OS, CPAU also allows you to create job files and encode the id, password, and command line in a file so it can be used by normal users.

ISO Recorder

ISO Recorder will allow you to quickly create ISO files from compact disks using the Windows right-click context menu. Additionally, using that same menu, will allow you to quickly burn an ISO image file to disk.
